The Pipers can offer you a pleasant stay in our recently renovated rooms. In the morning you can enjoy a full Irish breakfast with bacon, eggs, sausages, tomato, different kinds of bread, fruit juice, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, marmalade and local products.

The hotel has several private parking spaces (cars, motorbikes and bicycles). These private car parks can only be confirmed on request and subject to availability.

In the immediate vicinity there is a large car park at €5 per day. Street parking > click on the following link from the municipality of Middelkerke for all additional information.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made by email or telephone.

In view of the evening crowds, we request that you do not make hotel reservations by telephone (unless urgent) between 6 pm and 9 pm.

CONDITIONS

Check-In	2 p.m. – 12 p.m.
Check out	9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Cancellations	No charge for cancellations until 1 day before arrival date. For later cancellations or no-show the first night is charged.
Children and extra beds	All children younger than 3 can stay at the hotel free of charge if the beds present are used. All children younger than 2 stay at the hotel free of charge. Cots will be provided. For elder children or adults in extra beds there is a charge of € 20 per person per night. Extra beds and cots are provided on request and if their availability has been confirmed by the hotel
Supplements	Are not included in your reservation and will be charged separately by the hotel.
Pets	Pets are admitted (free of charge).
Creditcards	These credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue. The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card.
